Richard joined ISM in November 2021 in the closing stages of the best year of his career.
The undoubted highlight was winning the Betfred British Masters in May 2021 - his first victory in a 478th European Tour tournament.
Richard also led the US Open at Pebble Beach at the halfway stage and a had a total of nine top-10 finishes, including third place at the Made in Himmerland presented by FREJA and the Cazoo Classic on the way to finishing 11th on the Race to Dubai.
He also had the honour of hitting the opening tee shot at The Open Championship at Royal St George's in July.
